THE PLATFORM AUDIT

Know exactly what you have, and what to do about it.

A fixed-fee, fully independent read of your Salesforce org and the systems around it. You walk away with a map of what you actually have, a stay, restructure, or exit call with the numbers behind each path, and a plan you can act on, whether or not you ever work with us again.

WHAT ONE AUDIT CAN SURFACE

Cost → growth

found by a single audit

One large, heavily customized org wanted to cut Salesforce costs. We came in on cost requirements and found the bigger story: a multi-million-dollar annual spend-reduction opportunity, plus a governed path to fund growth and adopt AI securely, from one architectural decision.

Most firms in the room are conflicted. The license vendor profits when you buy more. The big SI profits when the project bills more hours. We don't resell licenses and we're not protecting a build we already sold you, so we're the one party free to recommend more Salesforce, less Salesforce, or a smarter version of exactly what you have.

That freedom cuts both ways. When the right answer is more Salesforce, and often it is, you can trust it, because we had no reason to say it except that it's true. Independence isn't about using less of the platform. It's about making sure what you invest in actually works, and keeps working.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Four deliverables. All yours, whatever you decide next.

01

The map

Every integration, dependency, and piece of technical debt in your org, laid out. Most teams have never seen their own picture this plainly.

04

The cost picture

Build versus keep, in real numbers, so a platform decision stops being a standing debate and becomes a decision you can make.

02

The call

Stay, restructure, or exit, with the numbers behind each path, so the decision is defensible in front of your board, not a matter of opinion.

03

The roadmap

A prioritized sequence you can act on now, ordered by what moves the business, not what's easy to bill.

HOW THE AUDIT RUNS

Scoped up front. No surprises, no inflated hours.

4

Scope

We agree the questions that matter and the fixed fee before we start. You know the price and the deliverable on day one.

Map & assess

We get into the systems, the integrations, and the business behind them, and find where the real leverage is.

Findings

ou get the map, the costed call, and the roadmap, and we walk you through every decision we made.

Your move

Act on it however you want, with us or without us. Everything we produce is yours to take anywhere.

WHAT WE HEAR

The questions are a little different. The problems rarely are.

Q

How much does it cost?

A fixed fee, agreed up front and scoped to your estate. No hourly meter, no scope creep. You approve the number before any work begins.

Q

How long does it take?

Typically three to six weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your stack. We tell you which end you're on during scoping.

Q

How independent are you, and do we have to build with you?

Neither is a catch. We don't resell licenses, and we're not defending an org we already sold you, so the recommendation is the only thing we optimize for. The audit stands on its own, and clients continue only when the evidence earns it.

Q

What do you need from us?

Access to the systems and some time with the people who know them. We do the heavy lifting from there.

Q

How do you handle our data and access?

Senior-led, near-shore, with scoped access to only what the audit needs. Nothing leaves controlled environments. In regulated industries, that's the baseline, not a nice-to-have.

Q

What do we actually keep?

The map, the costed recommendation, the roadmap, and the cost picture. All of it is yours, to use with any partner or none.

THE CATCH, AND THERE ISN'T ONE

We don't need you to build with us.

The audit is priced and completed on its own. We don't carry a license quota, and we're not defending an org we've already sold you, so the recommendation is the only thing we're working for. If it says build, you'll know it's because the evidence pointed there. If it says stop, or spend less, we'll tell you that too.

BOOK AN AUDIT IF

You need the solutions to complex problems.

The org is a mess and no one can explain it.

Disputed delivery, no documentation, no sign-off, and the people who built it are gone. You need the ground truth before you spend another dollar on it.

You've invested millions and can't feel the return

The org runs. The outcomes never showed up. And no one will tell you straight why, or what it would take to fix.

You're facing a renewal or a big call.

The bill keeps climbing and the deadline is real. You want the numbers in hand before you commit, not the regret after you've signed.

You're being pushed toward AI

The pressure is real and the vendors are loud. You run a regulated business, so you need to know if your data is even ready, from someone with nothing to sell you on top of it.
